We conduct weekly survey calls to all patients in regard to the services they are receiving and their satisfaction with our attending staff. If a patient of ours is admitted to the hospital for any reason, we immediately contact the hospital to transfer any helpful insight we can to ensure our patient is provided with the proper care. If the patient is admitted in the hospital for an extended period of time, we will send care packages and cards to provide emotional support while the patient is in need.

We prioritize communication, and always assure patients they can reach us about any questions or concerns and will be given an answer withing 24 hours guaranteed. We treat the patient as if they were a member of our family!

We also provide certain services that most local agencies can’t provide. We have fantastic speech therapists, that have vast experience with speaking and swallowing issues that certain patients commonly face. We also have availability for daily visits, as well as bi-daily visits; these services can be very had to come by with other agencies in the area.
